Terms of Service

Relay provides an AI support agent that answers your customers using content you provide. Features depend on your plan.

We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping login details secure.

You must be authorized to bind your company to these terms.

You own your content. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share the content you connect, and that answers based on it are accurate.

Do not use Relay to give medical, legal or financial advice without human review, to send spam, or to break the law.

We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk, and we will tell you why.

Trials last 14 days and end without charge unless you choose a plan.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Extra conversations are billed monthly in arrears.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Service continues until the end of the paid period.

You can export your content for 30 days after cancellation.

We provide the service with reasonable care. Except as required by law, it is provided as is.

Each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
